Conference Registration will be: $149 Early Bird Price ends September 11th, 2015 $169 Regular Price ends October 2nd, 2015 $189 On-Site Registration will be available at the registration desk during the conference. CANCELLATIONS and refunds will be processed after the Conference. Cancellation requests and changes must be made in writing by October 2, 2015. Cancellation requests will not be honored after October 2, 2015. A processing fee of $25 per person will be assessed for cancellations made for any reason prior to October 2, 2015 TICKETS for education sessions and optional activities are granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
